About Me

I am Kelly Field, a Gestalt therapist with a Master of Arts and a Practitioner’s Diploma in Gestalt Psychotherapy. I am UKCP accredited and a member of the BACP. I split my practice between working one-to-one with individuals and doing relationship therapy with romantic/sexual partners (spanning the GSRD spectrum), as well as with family members, friends, and co-founders/work colleagues. I am also a qualified group psychotherapist.

Testimonials

I’ve been with Kelly for several years working on my childhood sex abuse, depression and complex ptsd. She has been incredibly patient, even when I have resisted her support. She regularly checks in to see how the pace of our sessions are going and gently pushes and challenges me forward. Kelly has been the most attentive therapist I have ever had. She’s compassionate and genuinely wants to help people live a happier fuller life away from trauma. I’m extremely grateful to have her guiding me through the darkness of my past and present. Thank you for all you have done.

Kelly is not only a wonderful therapist but a kind, caring and compassionate person. She has helped me to really understand myself and discover how my past impacts the way I am. Kelly is extremely knowledgable in her field and provides really useful (and practical) views and resources. And this is all delivered in an empathetic, non-judgemental way. I genuinely can’t recommend Kelly highly enough.

I have been seeing Kelly as a therapist for two and a half years now and I can honestly say when I look back at who I was before we started this journey, I cannot believe everything that we have worked through and what a colossal difference working with Kelly has made to my life. I was really at the midst of a crisis and Kelly has worked patiently with me to clear many, many, many of my emotional 'shopping bags' and to strengthen my relationship with myself in a way I never thought possible. Working with Kelly really has changed my life completely and I cannot begin to explain the effect this has had on my relationships, my work, my family, and my future. I am able to deal with situations that I could not before and have made huge waves in my life. I have Kelly's nature, techniques, and support to thank for getting me to the place that I am now. It has been an amazing experience to finally find myself amongst all the pain I was suffering and direct my life to what it should be.
