Supervision

Supervision, for me, is not simply a space for case management or problem-solving, but a relational process that makes space for the therapist’s own emotional, relational, and embodied experience alongside the client work.

My approach is grounded in Gestalt and relational psychotherapy, with an emphasis on curiosity, embodiment, authenticity, and the wider relational field in which both therapist and client exist.

Central to my approach is the Self–Other–Situation (SOS) model, which invites reflection not only on the client and their process, but also on the therapist’s own internal experience, the relational dynamic unfolding between therapist and client, and the dynamics that may emerge within the supervision relationship itself, alongside the wider contextual field surrounding the work.

I aim to offer a reflective space where uncertainty, impasse, emotional process, ethical complexity, and the therapist’s own responses can all be explored thoughtfully and without judgement, while also supporting deeper clinical thinking and awareness. I work with both qualified therapists and trainees, and welcome practitioners from a range of modalities.

As I am currently completing the final stages of my supervision training, I am offering a reduced rate of £40 per hour, with fees increasing to £80 per hour upon qualification.
